While our product keeps changing, our policy remains consistent year after year.
Please keep in mind that we do not provide product exchanges. You can request to return any product within 7 days of receipt; Each pre-paid return label incurs a $9.99 processing fee per brand.
There are some common exceptions, such as health and hygiene items, perishables, and all custom or personalized products made for you. These products are not eligible for return or exchange and will be noted on the respective product pages.

How do I start a return?
- Please first reach out to cs@livesavvyshopper.com; as all returns must first be approved.
- You will be given a request form to fill out.
- Once completed, you will be given a prepaid shipping label to place over the original shipping label.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused/unworn, and in their original packaging. You will be refunded using the same payment method you used, minus a $9.99 processing fee per brand, as well as any original shipping fees you paid.
You must go through the return process again for each individual brand that you want to return.

Do I need a return label for each brand?
Yes, if your order contains items from multiple brands; That means that if you order items from three different brands, you will receive three shipping confirmations and three separate packages; You will require three return labels as the items would need to go back to the correct brand.

Can I return a gift?
Absolutely! Simply email cs@livesavvyshopper.com with your order number and, if available, the purchaser's name. Your order number can be found on the packing list inside the package your item arrived in.
Once your return is received and processed, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

When can I expect my refund?
We will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact cs@livesavvyshopper.com.
